Tax Management for Small Business One-to-one

Local Enterprise Office Sligo are offering you the opportunity to book a one-on-one slot with an industry expert who will
work with you on an individual basis to examine the basics of complying and planning for tax obligations for your business.

This clinic can prove very beneficial if you are starting out in business and need advice on where to start;
or if you are currently in business but need to review and improve your planning for tax compliance.

At the end of this course Trainees should be able to:

• list key obligations to Revenue

• registering with Revenue

• explain when to register for VAT and pros and cons of registering for VAT

• be aware of deductible expenses

• Understand how income tax is calculated

• Prepare for tax bill

• Tax dates, deadlines and when tax is due

How it works:

Each clinic is 60 minutes in duration and your date & time will be assigned to you shortly after you book.
The Trainer will contact you by email in advance of the Clinic and ask you to complete a short survey to enable the clinic to be focussed for your needs.
The clinics will be conducted via MS Teams - the Trainer will send you instructions on how to get MS Teams and a link which enable you to join your private clinic at the time & date specified.

Bookings are strictly limited to businesses with a registered business address in Co. Sligo.
If you make a booking and have a registered business address in another County, LEO Sligo reserves the right to cancel your booking.
